ICT Coordinator
The ICT Coordinator will be the link between (internal) product teams and (external) system developers. He/she will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing the traceability infrastructure for certified sustainable agricultural products throughout the supply chain, from farmer to end-buyer, satisfying current and future needs of quality, diversification and growth.
The traceability system is a web based CRM / ERP platform based on open source products. The ICT coordinator will be working on a strategic level, designing and implementing new functionalities in close cooperation with the business, and managing development projects. Together with our Product Managers, the ICT Coordinator will also translate the UTZ CERTIFIED traceability concept from coffee and palm oil into other products such as cocoa, tea, sugar and biofuels.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain, monitor, evaluate and innovate the UTZ CERTIFIED web based traceability system;• Support the Traceability Manager in analysing business requirements;• Translate business requirements into architecture, functional designs and test scripts;• Offer second-line support to system's users;• Test new system functionalities; • Daily management of IT supplier relationship, SLA management; • Perform risk assessments and impact analyses of the traceability system; • Present the UTZ CERTIFIED traceability concept to (potential) clients and partners;• Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately.
The ICT Coordinator reports to the Traceability Manager.CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in ICT in large organisations, preferably in the area of CRM and ERP;• Knowledge of software architecture and familiar with PHP, Linux, Java, MySQL;• Experience with XP and Agile project methodologies;• Bachelor's Degree in ICT;• Project management and organizational skills; • Hands-on mentality, innovative and entrepreneurial; • Independent and able to work in a very dynamic environment;• Excellent communication and presentation skills;• Proactive, analytical, committed to excellence;• Fluency in Dutch and English;• Intercultural team player, flexible.
