Job Title
Customer Care Analyst Level 1 – International, with focus on European market
Responsibilities
Provide technical (help desk) support services to Seagull Software customers worldwide
The Customer Care Analyst will:
- Professionally and pro-actively provide telephone and electronic customer care services to eligible Seagull Software customers
- Diagnose and resolve level 1 software issues
- Research questions using available information resources
- Redirect problems to appropriate L2 resource
- Track and route L1 problems and requests and document resolutions
- Stay current on new and evolving technologies
Required Skills/Experience:
- Excellent English and Dutch language skills
- Knowledge of spoken and written German or French is a plus
- Ability to build and maintain a strong relationship with customers
- Pro-active attitude towards acquiring technical knowledge
- Strong team participation skills
- Skilled in both verbal and written communication
- Analytical intellect, good problem solving skills
- Experience with Seagull products such as GUI/400, J Walk, WinJa or LegaSuite is a plus
