Job Title

Customer Care Analyst Level 1 – International, with focus on European market

 

 

Responsibilities

Provide technical (help desk) support services to Seagull Software customers worldwide

 

The Customer Care Analyst will:

  • Professionally and pro-actively provide telephone and electronic customer care services to eligible Seagull Software customers
  • Diagnose and resolve level 1 software issues
  • Research questions using available information resources
  • Redirect problems to appropriate L2 resource
  • Track and route L1 problems and requests and document resolutions
  • Stay current on new and evolving technologies

 

Required Skills/Experience:

 

  • Excellent English and Dutch language skills
  • Knowledge of spoken and written German or French is a plus
  • Ability to build and maintain a strong relationship with customers
  • Pro-active attitude towards acquiring technical knowledge
  • Strong team participation skills
  • Skilled in both verbal and written communication
  • Analytical intellect, good problem solving skills
  • Experience with Seagull products such as GUI/400, J Walk, WinJa or LegaSuite is a plus
